Verto Developments was founded in 2014. We are a boutique second-generation home builder and developer.  We started by developing infill projects in Nanaimo. Since 2019, we have focused on building custom homes and developing infill residential projects in Greater Vancouver.

We are passionate about creating quality, thoughtful, smart, sustainable and well-designed living spaces.  We aim to produce homes that complement and respect the surrounding neighbourhood and environment in which they are built while moving forward. Each new project we undertake strives to improve and elevate upon our past work.
